To add your logo or text to any of The Uniform Guys quality garments when ordering online, simply upload your logo image in JPG, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF format, via the UPLOAD YOUR LOGO HERE Tab which floats over the website to your right hand side. If you have an urgent requirement or deadline, please contact us on 1300 360 787 or email us to discuss as we may be able to organise a priority run in overtime in production if available. Orders with Embroidery, Screen Print or Heat Press Application will take 2-4 weeks depending on our workloads in production. Repeat orders do not require reapproval unless you advise the artwork has changed or provide a new artwork file/logo.
Once your embroidery is digitised and set up for your order (this happens within 2-4 working days of your order being placed), basic edits to the design can be made - up to 4 edits with no charge (i.e change of colour, increase in size, omission of text), however any edits or changes to the design will incurr an edit fee, or a set up fee for a new design entirely.Additional set up fees may apply for additional required colours and or logos that are larger than a standard sizing or sizing described above.Embroidery proofs are issued 3-4 working days from date of order via email. The proof/s issued must be signed off for by the customer prior to production.The same logo must be applied 5 times in the same colour scheme.A standard logo is applied generally left hand chest of garments, or centre of caps.A standard logo is generally 1 to 2 lines of text and a symbol, much like our logo on our website, also please see the embroidery gallery below for examples of standard logos.Maximum colours for a standard logo is 8, any more colours and additional costs will apply (and can be quoted on, or will be advised of).

Free logo set up is a maximum of 2 new standard logos per order (i.e 2 logos placed on each garment x a minimum of 5 items) EXCEPT Cap or clearance/deleted item orders, only 1 logo per free digitising, additional logos digitising costs will be advised.$8.80 per logo refers to a standard logo of an area approx 5 x 10cm up to a maximum 10,000 machine stitches, any larger and additional fees and set ups will apply.The minimum can be made up with assorted garments (i.e different items/styles/colours) however the same logo must be applied to 5 in the same colour set up.Embroidery orders are a 5 item minimum per order (plain machine text can be less).Garments are loaded onto frames, which slot into our commercial machines and the machines are programmed with your "digitised" artwork by our trained Embroidery staff and the thread colours loaded. Thread washes well, can be ironed and retains its colour very well after many washes.
